This privacy and opt out notice replaces any other notices or statements about our privacy policies and practices. We may change this Notice at any time, and we will inform you of changes as required by law.
If within thirty (30) days after submitting your information you would like us to remove all your personal data from our database please follow the steps listed below:

1. Forward the email verification that you received from www.getayes.com upon submission of your contact information to [email protected].
2. In the subject header type "delete info" and send.
3. Upon receipt of your email request we will delete your information within thirty (30) business days.
